Uses King Cole Big Value Super Chunky yarn - which is very thick and warm and knits up really quickly - other similar thickness yarn may be used but user must check tension to ensure correct size is produced. Uses 8mm and 10mm needles.

Coat requires 9 x 100g balls for 28"/30" size, 10 balls for 32"/34" size, 11 balls for 36"/38" and 40"/42" sizes and 12 balls for   44"/46" size.

Jumper requires 7 x 100g balls for 28"/30" size, 8 balls for 32"/34" size, 9 balls for 36"/38" and 40"/32" sizes and 10 balls for 44"/46" sizes.
