Long Cardigan requires 7 x 100g balls for 32"-34" size, 8 balls for 36" size, 9 balls for 38" size, 10 balls for 40"-42" and 44" sizes and 11 balls for 46" size.

Standard Cardigan requires 6 x 100g balls for 32"-34" size, 7 balls for 36" size, 8 balls for 40"-42" size, 9 balls for 44" size and 10 balls for 46" size.
