Cardigan requires 2 x 100g balls for 20", 22" and 24" sizes and 3 balls for 26", 28" and 30" sizes.
Waistcoat requires 2 x 100g balls for 20", 22", 24" and 26" sizes and 3 balls for 28" and 30" sizes.
